This rice bran processing use high degree of automation way to get rice bran crude oil. Packing and loading is automatic. It is controlled by hydraulic pressure and working time. 24 sets of oil press can work together at the same time. This process flow has many characters, as follows; 1. The acid value of oil out of this process is low, and it is below 15. 2. Electric power consumption is very low, about ＜150kilowatt-hour. 3. Rice bran cake has good quality no other additive. It is a good vegetable protein feed. 4. The cost of this process flow is small, and whole process is easy to control.
